Mat Pilates
This mat-based Pilates workout focuses on core strength, flexibility, balance, and overall body awareness. The class will lengthen and strengthen the muscles while giving you a full-body workout. We will utilize various props -magic circle, theraband, small ball to help sculpt the body as well as increase strength and range of motion.
Pilates Sculpt
This class puts a modern twist to a classic mat workout. It will focus on a variation of the Pilates mat workouts with increased intensity including resistance work, balancing and elevated heart rate. Light hand weights and the mini ball will often be used. This class will help develop a strong inner core while sculpting long and lean muscles.
