Cynthia Dawson is a dedicated San Francisco-based fitness professional with over 15 years of experience in group fitness instruction. Personally trained by Burr Leonard, she spent 13 years as an instructor with The Bar Method before expanding her expertise across multiple disciplines.
She holds certifications as an ACE Group Fitness Instructor, TRX Qualified Trainer (2020), Certified Fitness Nutrition Specialist (2022), and 200-hour Certified Yoga Teacher (2024). Her diverse background includes barre, running, cycling, TRX, yoga, and weightlifting, allowing her to bring a well-rounded approach to fitness.
Cynthia has worked with both large fitness establishments and boutique studios, always emphasizing the power of movement to enhance physical, mental, and emotional well-being. She believes fitness is more than just a routine—it’s a lifestyle that fosters strength, confidence, and connection.
