Bart Ryan
Bart is a NASM certified personal trainer and CrossFit Level 2 Coach. He comes into the fitness world with 20 years of training under his belt with an emphasis in strength and conditioning. Bart has extensive experience in powerlifting and Olympic lifting. As a theatre stagehand for 15 years and IATSE union member, Bart understands the need for functional movement and strength needed to thrive in everyday life. His style of training melds his knowledge of strength and movement with an emphasis on gaining functionality through safe and gradual programming that incorporates mobility, flexibility, and a deep connection to your body. His goal is to work with each of his clients and create programming specific to their unique needs and goals.
